Our President, Maryse Benhoff, joined Jacob Monash on the At capacity Podcast.
Maryse and Jacob talked about the importance of structure and standards to translation workflows, as she is the Chair of the ISO/TC37/SC5 committee, which handles standards for translation and interpretation. She explains how ISO has been instrumental in helping the translation industry self-regulate worldwide.
Maryse told the story of BG Communications International, and how the company developed its own ERP tool.
